Canada Skateboard National Open


Event: Canada Skateboard National Open
Dates: March 4th, 5th & 6th, 2020

This event will be sanctioned by World Skate as a National Championship valid for Olympic Ranking Points for “season 2” of Olympic Qualification. Skaters looking to compete internationally, in Street League or World Skate Sanctioned events, this is your opportunity to get recognized. Results at this event will help determine who Canada Skateboard enters into the Global Open qualification rounds.

Men’s Street  Division registration is now CLOSED. We have reached our maximum entries. We are still Accepting Men’s STREET registration for the waitlist only. Anyone signed up after 9:30 am pacific time on February 27th will be added to the waitlist and are not guaranteed to skate. Check-in on Wednesday, March 4th at CJ’s before 2:00 pm for any rider cancelations, dropouts or available spots.

Helmet Rule
As a sanctioned event, we will be following the World Skate Rulebook
which includes the following helmet rules:
* Any skaters 18 and under will have to wear a properly fitting helmet during practice and competion for Street and Park.
* Helmets are mandatory for all competitors in the Park division, regardless of age.

Anti Doping
All skaters will be subjected to anti-doping standards and
may be tested.

This is an open event; no age categories, everyone skates in the same category regardless of age .
